A Young Fashionista’s woes…

I am grateful for the satisfied occasions. I surely am! But, why am I sounding a touch miffed? Because, in the system, I ended up amassing a variety of ethnic birthday party wear – that I rarely get to wear/repeat.

My heart misses a beat, whenever I see my complicated and ornate wedding ensemble. I ought to put on it once more – on my sister-in-law’s wedding ceremony, but handiest briefly. I found it so heavy and bulky, the second time round, questioning how I controlled in it on my D-Day!

I even have no longer controlled to repeat many of my bridal dresses/ sarees, because the visitor listing is, continuously, the same. Many sarees I had bought as a part of my wedding trousseau haven’t seen the mild of the day.

Sheepishly, I should admit that my size has modified. I can not suit without problems into my bridal salwar fits, shararas and Indian Fusion wear. So, they live in neat piles, ingesting away my treasured dresser space.

Whenever there’s a function, and I splurge on modern day ethnic put on, my husband or even my mother and father dutifully job my memory of what all I already have in my Indian-put on closet.

It’s not that I don’t feel bad on seeing these kinds of high priced purchases languishing, and my difficult-earned cash getting spent on shopping for new ones – knowing well that I might not put on them more than two times.

But, what to do!

Our solutions…
